I understand that there are many people who are seeking English translation of A1.
However, until now I've asked several English translators, but unfortunate troubles continue to those who translate English, translation has been delayed.

I think that the current English translation progress rate is 35%.

Although I think that English translation will be completed in the present situation,
In order to speed up the translation and improve the quality, we think that further collaborators of English translation are necessary.

Therefore, I will recruit new English translators here!

I will have translators mainly translate words such as proper nouns and descriptions of illustrations.
I am happy if you can also check the scenario translation if the translation is complete.

The scenario is basically planned to be requested at the translation site. (Some of you are already asking)
However, I think that completing will be quickened if you also handle the scenario.

As of now, I think that translating A1 fans is more necessary than professional translators.
It is difficult to interact frequently with busy professionals or to have them play A1..
(It would be fine if I am making arrangements for commercial works, but due to money and time costs I think it is difficult at the present time)
As A1 is an atmosphere-oriented composition, I think that it is more important to translate sensibly than an accurate translation.

Translation is paid. I will tell you about remuneration by e-mail.
The thanks other than money are as follows. (When translation is completed)

· Free gift of all contents including past future created by Chairi.
· Prior consideration of future H situations and requests for game systems. (If it is not difficult)
· Notation on end credit and name posting in special room. (Decline is possible)

The employment conditions are as follows.
<Required condition>
· It is possible to communicate with me frequently. (At least once a week)
· English and Japanese can be understood to some extent.
· I like A1.

<If possible>
· Communication in Japanese is possible.
· The mother tongue is English.
· Every day you can communicate with me.

The maximum number of people employed and the adoption deadline are not currently decided.
I will finish hiring when I think that I am satisfied.

I also welcome non-English translators! (Except Chinese and Italian)
However, detailed translation support from Chairi can not be expected until translation of English Chinese translation is complete.
Besides, until clear demand is confirmed it will be free translation.
Remuneration other than money is equivalent to English!

Actually, some one have already offered translation for Italian, and the translation of the trial version has already been completed!
Maybe I will upload trial version of Italian version soon!


Furthermore, I think that the translation progress rate of Chinese is around 90%.
Chinese translators are very good!
I can hardly read Chinese, but the Chinese version seems to have its own story, so it should be a very high quality translation.
Those who are planning to play in Chinese please expect!

So, even if the translator is not able to read Japanese, it may be translated from Chinese.

A1の英語翻訳を求めている方がたくさんおられるのは理解しています。
しかし、今まで複数の英語翻訳者に依頼してきましたが、英語翻訳担当者の方に不運なトラブルが続き、翻訳が遅れています。

現在の英語翻訳進捗率は35%と言ったところです。

現状でもいずれ英語翻訳は完成すると思いますが、
翻訳スピードアップと質の向上のためには、さらなる英語翻訳の協力者が必要と考えています。

そのため、ここで新しい英語翻訳者の募集をさせていただきます！

<<翻訳する文章の内容>>
主に固有名詞等の単語や図鑑の説明等を翻訳して頂きます。
翻訳が完了した場合は、シナリオ翻訳のチェックもして頂けると嬉しいです。

シナリオは基本的に翻訳サイトで依頼する予定です。（既に一部お願いしています）
ですが、シナリオも担当して頂けるなら完成は早まると思います。

今のところ、通常のプロの翻訳者よりA1のファンの翻訳が必要だと思います。
忙しいプロの方と頻繁にやり取りしていただいたり、A1をプレイして頂くことは困難だからです。
（商業作品の用に打ち合わせをしながらなら問題ないでしょうが、金銭と時間的コストのため現状では難しいと思います）
A1は雰囲気重視の構成のため、正確な翻訳より感覚的な翻訳が重要だとも思います。

<<報酬と条件>>
翻訳は有償です。報酬についてはメールでお話致します。
金銭以外のお礼は以下の通りです。（翻訳が完遂された場合）

・カイリが作成する過去将来を含む全コンテンツの無料贈与。
・今後のHシチュエーションやゲームシステムへの要望の優先的な考慮。（無理のない程度）
・エンドクレジットへの表記とスペシャルルームでの名前掲載。（拒否可）

採用条件は以下の通りです。
<必須条件>
・頻繁にやり取りできる。（最低週に一度）
・英語・日本語がある程度理解できる。
・A1が好き。

<できれば>
・日本語での意思疎通が可能。
・母語が英語。
・毎日やり取りができる。
・ディスコードを使える。

採用の上限人数と採用期限は現在決めていません。
私が十分だと思った時点で採用を終了致します。

英語以外の翻訳者も歓迎致します！（中国語・イタリア語を除く）
ただし英語中国語の翻訳が完了するまでは、カイリからの詳細なサポートは期待できません。
その上、明確な需要が確認されるまでは無償での翻訳となります。
金銭以外の報酬は英語と同等です！

実は、イタリア語については既に翻訳を申し出てくれた方がいて、体験版部分の翻訳は既に完了しています！
もうすぐイタリア語版の体験版をアップロードするかもしれません！


なお、中国語の翻訳進捗率は90%程度だと思います。
中国語翻訳者の方は非常に優秀です！
私は、中国語はほとんど読めませんが、中国版には独自のネタもあるそうで、とても質の高い翻訳になっているはずです。
中国語でプレイしようと思っている方はご期待ください！

なので、翻訳者の方は日本語が読めなくても、中国語からの翻訳でも有りかもしれません。
